Every piece of diamond jewelry has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or your money will be cheerfully refunded. The item must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied with the original sales receipt. DiGem is an organization of over 50 independently owned jewelry stores that adhere to a strict code of ethics. Each store is operated by its owner, but is able to utilize the collective advantages of the total DiGem organization. Individually, each store offers you the reliable and personal service you would expect from any local store you know and trust. Collectively, we offer you superior shopping from DiGem, the number one independent jewelry organization. To receive a copy of the DiGem Guarantee, Registration and Trade-Up Plan with your purchase, please check the appropriate box on your order form. Life-time Trade-Up Plan When you trade your DiGem diamond for one of greater value (provided the value is at least double the original purchase price), we will gladly allow you your original purchase price towards your new selection (taxes excluded). The original sales receipt and certificate must be presented with your trade-in. Lifetime Cleaning and Checking Bring your DiGem diamond in to a DiGem store for a free professional cleaning and inspection as often as you wish.

The DiGem Diamond Exclusive Warranty The diamond jewelry offered by every DiGem store is guaranteed for its fine quality, superior craftsmanship and lasting value. Each genuine diamond has been carefully inspected and tested for quality, colour, cut and brilliance to ensure that it meets the rigid standards prescribed by DiGem for your value and protection. Your DiGem diamond jewelry must be inspected by a DiGem Jeweler once every six months, to ensure continued validation of this guarantee. A list of DiGem Jewelers is included with your Diamond Guarantee. Your diamond has been mounted by skilled artisans, expert in their crafts. Your DiGem Jeweler will replace, without charge, any diamond lost from your jewelry during the first six years of ownership, due to any manufacturing defect, provided the item has not been repaired or worked on by any other firm or individual. (Defects exclude those incurred through normal or abusive wear.) The DiGem Guarantee Against Loss or Theft Your DiGem diamond jewelry is covered against loss or theft for one full year, from date of purchase, provided such loss or theft is not the result of negligence. The loss or suspected theft must be reported to the police immediately and a detailed report, with a copy of the official police report, must be filed with our company. This coverage is free of charge. The policy does not cover merchandise used as security for a loan. DiGem recommends you have your diamond insured through a reputable insurance company, after one year, so you will be assured full coverage in the event of any type of loss.
